Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. expands into the Seattle Market

Seattle, WA – Jacob & Hefner Associates (JHA Environmental, Inc.) is excited to announce the opening of our Seattle office. John Parkes P.E., QSP/QSD will oversee our operations as the Regional Manager. John has been with JHA for over 12 years. He is a Civil Engineer with over 22 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering, remediation, storm water and construction management. John has significant expertise in soil and groundwater remediation design, field engineering and construction oversight, installation of remedial systems, and operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OMM) of various remedial systems. Additionally, John has significant experience involving storm water compliance and treatment.
George Hagan Washington CESCL Certification # 80244, Nevada CEM # 1824 has joined the firm as our Remediation Manager for this region. George will head the new JHA office in the state of Washington area. George is a Remediation Manager with over 22 years of remediation experience serving our environmental consultants and aerospace clients. George has extensive experience working on Superfund sites, performing remediation, maintaining compliance and working with Principal Related Parties (PRPs).
