Management Philosophy
The JREM team is comprised of experienced professionals and field technicians who work closely together on all projects.
People are the most important element of any successful business. Here at JREM, our management team has a dedicated approach for achieving a cohesive, motivated, and focused staff.
The Triad Approach
“The Triad Approach” is a philosophy created to maximize the health of all relationships. Trust, Respect and Communication.
Promote Within
We believe fostering an environment between manager and staff that nurtures the health of these key elements will create a high integrity product for our staff to be proud of, while leaving our clients satisfied and impressed.
Trust, Respect, Communication
Critical Motivational Elements
- Communication – Clear, open, timely, respectful and honest communication about all aspects of the work, the company, our goals, and expectations for and from each individual.
- Respect/ Recognition/Appreciation – Continued recognition and appreciation of individual and team efforts and achievement. Demonstrated respect for each team member and their contribution.
- Trust – Developing trust amongst entry-level to senior-level employees. Creating an environment where entry-level technicians can approach senior-level management without apprehension.
- Compensation – Maintaining competitive wages and benefits and providing equitable bonuses when company goals are met or exceeded.
- Opportunity – Continue to provide new challenges and opportunities for education, work training, and advancement within the company.
- Empowerment – Maintaining a workplace atmosphere that minimizes bureaucracy and encourages individual ownership for their job responsibilities. Involving employees at all levels to be included in discussions of on-site troubleshooting, project preparation, improving service implementation and allowing them opportunities to share their perspective and ideas in how to improve the efficiency and presentation of our services.
- Flexibility – Continued recognition of the importance of work/life balance by allowing for flexibility in work hours, work locations, etc. to the extent reasonably allowed by fluctuating workloads and specific job requirements.
Remediation Managers
Remediation Managers are senior level individuals who have demonstrated the ability to manage onsite operations and oversee multiple technicians.
Our remediation managers typically have 15 or more years of experience and are experts at performing site investigations via DPT; performing injections; and installing, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying remediation equipment and systems.
One of the invaluable services provided by our remediation managers is their ability to provide detailed real-time feedback to our clients to minimize downtime in the field and maximize the performance of our projects.
